Should one assume that “6 Things You Should Stop Doing Now That IE Is Dead” article is satire?
I mean, they’re all abhorrent hacks only used by web developers forced to work as slaves in companies which prohibit them from ever finding decent jobs elsewhere.
So if by “satire” you mean “because no one worth their salt should ever have been caught using any of them,” then I think the answer is “yes.”
