RE: .NET Core 2.1 June Update
Looks like 2.1.1 Alpine runtime image has serious bug which leads to OutOfMemoryException https://github.com/dotnet/corefx/issues/30652
We had to switch to debian from Alpine after upgrade to 2.1.1
