• Documentation updates for .NET 4.5.1 – Cheryl Simmons discusses the changes to the way in whcih the .NET Framework Documentation is updated for the .NET 4.5.1 preview release, discussing the types of documentation and update cadance, as well as requesting feedback
• An Improved DevTools Editing Workflow – Vsevolod Vlasov of the Chromium development team discusses the new workspaces feature which allows you to work on web content, (HTML, CSS, JAvascript) inside the browser with the changes being backed onto the real source files on the filesystem.
• .NET Clients encountering Port Exhaustion after installing KB2750149 or KB2805227 – The Windows Azure Storage team highlight a potential issue with access to the Storage service using HttpWebRequest after two recent patches to the .NET Framework. The post details the criteria under which the issue occurs, and how to identify it, along with offering mitigation steps should you encounter the problem.

• EtwDataViewer – Analyze, visualize, and make sense of your ETW logs – Mattias Högström follows on from his previous article on Event Tracing for Windows with another article this time sharing a custom ETW log viewer aplication, full source and download are available along side the article.
• Build Google Chrome Extensions in Visual Studio – Mads Kristensen shares a custom Visual Studio Project template for creating Chrome Extensions, created as part of his work with Sayed Hashimi on the Web Developer Checklist. Mads also shares a shoert video tutorial to show how to use the template.

• JavaScript’s "super" Pattern – Derick Bailey takes a look at overriding methods in JavaScript and how there is a gap in the language which means that you can’t easily call to base implementation, and shows the ‘Super’ pattern which provides a means to work around this.
